How does pickup work?

Once we recieve your online order we will reach out within 24-hrs to schedule a convenient pickup day and time.

What are your rates?

Flat rate of $35 per standard 13-gallon bag or $2 per pound with a $30 minimum, recurrent orders discount of 5%. We accept cash and all major electronic payment methods.

Can I choose pickup times?

Yes, you can select either AM or PM for both pickup and delivery to fit your schedule.

Items with bodily fluids, pet waste, excessive pet hair, rugs or oversized items such as comforters, and delicate or specialty fabrics requiring unique care

How do I place an order?

Please choose a service based on weight or flat rate bag, and specify your detergent preferences. After receiving your order, we will contact you promptly to arrange the pickup. Following the pickup, we will weigh the laundry if necessary and send you an invoice that includes an invoice and a direct payment link.
